Fields of Tension in the city

In this series, I think of the pixel not as a technical unit or a decorative element, but as a genuine artistic material. I don’t rely on a grid or aim for a neat, carefully ordered composition — the image builds up gradually, through simple and sometimes imperfect actions.

I deliberately keep irregularities, breaks, and noise. I don’t try to smooth them out or hide them, because it is precisely there that a sense of movement and inner tension emerges, even when the image remains static. What matters to me is not a “clean” result, but the visible trace of the process itself.

I’m interested in the moment when a form has not yet fully settled and can still change. The works capture this state of uncertainty without offering a finished image or a single, fixed meaning. They invite slow, attentive looking and exist as autonomous visual structures.

Within this series, the digital image is treated as a full-fledged artistic material, one that allows me to work with gesture, density, and emotional tension without relying on narrative or storytelling.
